The projects of Summer 2024 are underway at FKS. We're getting new roofs! The offices will be open during these projects.
On Wednesday, we re-opened the Flocktown kickball field after it was renovated by FKS alum Liam Rafter for his Eagle Scout project. He even donated a brand new, official kickball! The project was months in the making coordinating with the town, school district, and baseball league followed by tens of hours of manual labor on the fence and the field. His goal of wanting this 5th grade class, which includes his sister, to be able to play on the field before the end of the school year was achieved. Thank you Liam for all of your hard work to bring this field back to life! We are so impressed by your efforts and so proud of you!

On the last day of school, we clapped out our 5th graders before they boarded the FKS buses for the last time. They started with one last walk through Kossmann and returned to Flocktown to be clapped out by third grade, fourth grade, and our faculty and staff. Such a bittersweet day. We are sad to see them go, but so excited for them as they continue their journey onto LVMS. Best wishes to our 5th graders and their families!

The LVMS Promotion Ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM outdoors at LVMS today, June 10th. A few reminders:
-LVMS will open at 5:00 PM for parking (please do not arrive before then)
-8th Graders should report to LVMS at 5:15 PM
-Guests should plan to bring their own chair
