Welcome back to LVMS from the Art Department! LVMS art students designed and created a great hallway display for outside of the MPR.
8th Grade Science classes taught by Mrs. Burke, Mr. Petrucelli, Mr. Sutton, and Mrs. Wolke teamed up today to take advantage of our courtyard and the beautiful weather to test out student made boats today!

Friendly Reminder! All students will take the New Jersey Start Strong Assessment tomorrow. Please come to school with a fully charged ChromeBook.
Attention all students that are trying out for Fall Sports! Please plan on bringing sneakers to any tryouts / practices that are scheduled. In the event of inclement weather or messy field conditions, activities will be held indoors in the gym.

A few reminders as we look ahead to Day Two:
‣ Please check your child's lunch account balance. COVID-related federal programs have ended, and students will resume ordering and buying lunches this year if that is their preference. Of course, they are welcome to bring their lunch with them, too.
‣ Please remember that students will not be permitted to enter the building each day until 8:30am (unless they are involved in one of our before-school programs. Please plan your drop-off accordingly so we can keep all of our students safe.

Another great turn out for student walk throughs today. Thanks to our Peer Leaders for volunteering and helping out!
Great to have students back in the building for our first day of student walk throughs. If you didn't get to visit LVMS today, don't forget the building will be open on Friday, August 26th from 8:30 - 11:30 AM for students to visit. Peer Leaders will be available for guided tours and locker practice.

It was great to see so many of our newest Panthers at LVMS 6th Grade Orientation today! Don't forget to join us at LVMS on Weds. August 24th or Fri. August 26th. The building will be open for students to visit from 8:30 to 11:30 AM.
