Dear Parent/ Guardian,
Please read the new dropoff and pick up procedures below carefully.
MAPS
AM
K-5 Student Drop-offs:
Drive into the school and towards the back of the property.
Turn left before the bus lane and pull all the way up along the new sidewalk.
Students exit on the passenger side onto the new sidewalk and either walk to Flocktown or Kossmann, depending on their grade
PK Drop offs
Drive into the school and all the way to the back of the property into the rear Kossmann lot.
Preschool staff will be present. Please have your child ready to exit.
PM
There are no more car pickups - you will need to come into the schools
We are back to precovid procedures.
Park, use the sidewalks/crosswalks and buzz in reporting to the main office.
You will be directed to the student pick up area
1st Grade Pod at Kossmann
Tag Room (Rm 2) next to the nurses office at Flocktown
*** Once the Media Centers are complete parent pick up will be in these.
EXITING SCHOOL
If you are turning left onto Flocktown Rd drive straight ahead and wait to turn left onto Flocktown.
If you are turning right onto Flocktown Rd, turn right to drive in front of the Flocktown Rd School, then right onto Flocktown Rd.
This will allow us to divide those turning left and right and reduce the numbers of cars waiting to exit the school.
NOTE
Please be patient and have students ready to exit vehicles.
Doors open at 7:35am. After 7:45am, park and walk your child to the front door.
Drive SLOWLY through the parking lot.
Our goal with your partnership is to ensure a safe, smooth and secure arrival and dismissal experience but we need everyone to do their part. Our procedures make it safer and expedite the process if they are followed.
