Benedict A. Cucinella School

On Friday, the second grade celebrated Colonial Day.  It was a fun opportunity for our students to demonstrate all the things they learned about living in "Colonial" times to their parents.  They dressed up in colonial costumes and participated in numerous Colonial activities including making ragdolls, beaded necklaces, hand churned butter, and decorative tins.  It was a great day for all!  Thank you to our second grade teachers, Mrs. Plumbo, Mrs. Mackenzie, Mrs. Molkenthin, Mrs. Ruppert, and Mrs. Tedona for organizing the event!
