All LVMS students and Families were sent a letter via USPS Mail regarding their grade level house, homeroom, and mathematics course placements for the 2022-23 school year. Included is the form if you and your student wish to DECLINE enrollment in the advanced mathematics program. Please CLICK HERE for the the form. As a reminder, this form should only be completed if you wish to decline enrollment into the advanced mathematics course.
This form must be submitted by the end of the day on Monday, August 29th .
