Dear LVMS Parents / Guardians,
As the school year comes to a close, please be advised that all student medications must be picked up by a parent/guardian from the school health office. Medications will not be sent home with students.
The school nurses, Mrs. Pinto and Mrs. Hade, will be available for medication pick-up at Long Valley Middle School on the following dates and times:
Wednesday, June 17th: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Thursday, June 18th: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Friday, June 19th: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Families may stop by the LVMS Main Office at any time during these hours to retrieve their child’s medications.
If you are unable to pick up medications during the scheduled times, please contact the school nurses via email to arrange an alternate pick-up time. Any medication not picked up will be discarded appropriately on the afternoon of Friday, June 19th.
