Fall 2025Sports Information
Any student that is interested in participating in Fall 2025 Sports at LVMS must submit all required paperwork and physical information by Friday, August 15th, 2025. Paperwork cannot not be accepted after this date. All completed forms can be dropped off at the LVMS Main Office (paperwork can be dropped off at the LVMS Main Office between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM or in the blue secure locking mailbox found outside of the LVMS Main Entrance).

*ALL students in Grades 6–8 are eligible to try out for all LVMS sports, pending compliance with the Student-Athlete Eligibility Policy
