Peer Leaders 24-25

Attention all 7th graders! The application to become a Peer Leader for next school year (2024-25) is now available in the Guidance Office! Completed applications are due back to the Guidance Office on Friday, April 5th (late submissions cannot be accepted)

Peer Leaders are role models for our LVMS community and should exhibit the characteristics and attributes of a Long Valley Middle School PANTHER. This includes good character, care for others, being responsible, and accountable for their academic success, and positive decision making. Peer Leaders also help with the following events:

Tentative Peer Leader Events

  • New Student Welcome Breakfast 

  • Back to School Night Help (to help guide parents in the hallways)

  • Spirit Points- counting in HRs 

  • Help with October Weeks (Week of Respect, Red Ribbon Week, Violence Awareness Week) 

  • Spring Into Service Initiative 

  • 6th Grade Orientations

  • Incoming 6th Grade Parent Orientation (Night event Date TBD)

  • Summer program/walk through help (August, Date TBD)
