Dear Long Valley Families,

I hope this letter finds you and your families well and enjoying a fun-filled summer. I am writing to inform you of an important temporary change regarding in-person meetings at two of our school buildings.

Due to ongoing construction work on the parking lots at both Long Valley Middle School and Flocktown-Kossmann Elementary School, we will be relocating all scheduled in-person meetings to alternative locations for the safety of our students, families, and staff. The construction activities present potential safety hazards in the parking areas, and we want to ensure that no one is injured during this period.

Effective immediately, any in-person meetings previously scheduled at these two locations will be moved to safer venues. Specific alternative meeting locations will be communicated to you directly by the respective school offices.

During this construction period, please contact your child's school building directly with any questions, concerns, or needs you may have. The office staff will be happy to assist you and provide information about meeting relocations or alternative arrangements.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain safe environments for our entire school community.
