Good Morning 6th Grade Families,
We are excited to welcome all incoming 6th grade students to LVMS on Thursday, August 17th for our annual 6th Grade Student Orientation and Scavenger Hunt! This is an optional event, but we hope that all students will attend to meet with Mr. Ippolito and me, our Guidance Counselors, and some of our amazing student leaders.
This year, with the goal of offering smaller group sessions, we have scheduled the option of two (2) sessions for our 6th graders to attend. Each student should only register to attend one (1) session. We ask that all families CLICK HERE to RSVP for their students. As a reminder, this is a student-only event and we ask that families drop off and pick up students using the LVMS Bus Lane. Please RSVP by Tuesday, August 14th so we can adequately plan the day.
As a reminder, if you cannot attend this student orientation event, LVMS will host two (2) "Open Houses" on August 23rd and 25th. Parents are welcome to attend our Open House with their students to visit homeroom locations, practice opening lockers, and take a tour / ask questions of our peer leaders.
