K-5 STUDENTS RETURNING TO FULL-TIME IN-PERSON LEARNING
STUDENT HEALTH CHECKS!
April 14, 2021
As WTS prepares to welcome K-2 children back to full-time in-person learning tomorrow (April 15) and grade 3-5 children on Monday (April 19), EVERYONE’S personal vigilance is needed now more than ever. We need EVERYONE to monitor their child(ren)'s health before the start of each school day. If your child has ANY illness symptom, if there is any illness in your home, if anyone in your home is awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, if your child travels outside the 5-state region of NJ, NY, CT, PA, and DE please keep your child at home and communicate as soon as possible with your school nurse. By keeping your child at home, you are greatly reducing the likelihood that your child's classmates and teachers will be negatively impacted. You are also providing the time and rest your child needs to return to optimal health. Our goal is to keep everyone safe, healthy, and IN school. I ask that you please review and print the attached Student Health Check Form which will help guide you as you monitor your child(ren)'s health through the end of this school year. Thank you so very much for all of your help and support this school year as your Washington Township Schools navigated, and continues to navigate, school life amid the COVID-19 pandemic. I know you share in our excitement as the children get set to return to full-time in-person learning over the next several days (K-2 tomorrow; grades 3 -5 on Monday). Have a very good evening and ... Happy First Day of School all over again! ~ Jeff Mohre, Superintendent of Schools

April 13, 2021
As WTS prepares to welcome K-2 children back to full-time in-person learning this Thursday (April 15) and grade 3-5 children on Monday, April 19, please log in to OnCourse Connect to view your child's information as some changes may have been made (i.e. Bus #, Times, Bus Stop Location). It is IMPORTANT that K-2 parents log in prior to this Thursday if their child is returning to full-time in-person learning. In addition, we ask that all grade 3-5 parents log in as soon as possible to review their child's information. Here's How to Access Your Child's Bus Information (if applicable):
ACCESSING YOUR CHILD'S BUS INFORMATION
1. Log in to OnCourse Connect at www.oncourseconnect.com using your Username and Password.
2. On the left hand side you will see the "Other Student Data" tab.
3. VERY IMPORTANT STEP! Click on the tab and to view the transportation information that is listed only inside the boxes marked "FULL TIME" along the bottom of the grid (please note that your child's information may reflect changes).
4. If there is no information listed inside the "FULL TIME" boxes, that means you indicated you would be willing to drive your student to and from school for the remainder of this school year (Thank You!).
Please understand that school traffic during drop-off and pick-up times will be a bit heavier than usual and that the patience of everyone will be needed as we adjust to the new routines ... THANK YOU!
If you have any questions regarding your child's bus information, please send an email to email@example.com and our Transportation Team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
