Goal 1: 
Monitor administrative progress toward improving student educational outcomes in accordance with an annual governance calendar.

Goal2:
Partner with the administration to increase the Board's understanding of student achievement and how it is being measured.

Goal3:
Create a biannual process for goal setting that prioritizes student outcomes and governance effectiveness.

Goal4:
The Washington Township Board of Education will remain current in school governance issues by attending in-person professional development, webinars, workshops, training classes, etc., and will commit to earning the "Carol E. Larsen Master Board Certification (MBC)" by 2024. Additionally, atleast one member of the Board will attend at least one school event at eachs chool everymonth of the year.
