Washington Township Schools is proud to announce that FRKS Teacher Julie Baumann had the honor of visiting the White House today to share her public school perspectives with President Trump and Education Secretary DeVos. Mrs. Baumann was invited to take part in a 12-member assembly of educators and parents (representing public, charter, private, and home schools) for the purpose of engaging in an hour-long discussion focused on education in America. Julie was truly honored to have been presented with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and represented the voice of public school educators nationwide; shining a bright spotlight on the fine work of public schools and the positive impact they have on the development of our country's children.
