STATEMENT OF MEETING NOTICE
Adequate notice of this meeting was given to the public 48 hours in advance of the date setting forth the date, time, location and type of meeting. Notice was published on May 7, 2008 in the Daily Record, one of the Board's official newspapers. The notice was also sent to the Observer Tribune and was posted with the Washington Township Clerk, the Washington Township Municipal Building bulletin board, the Washington Township Schools, and the administration building. All please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.

10. Motion to renew contract with Valley Service for School Bus Repairs for the 2008-2009 school year.
11. Motion to appoint Ronald M. Frank, M.D. Family Medicine as the Medical Inspector for the 2008-2009 school year at an annual retainer of $5,000.
12. Motion to approve revisions to the Interim Superintendent contract as presented.
13. Motion to approve the submission of the Fire Alarm project at the Flocktown-Kossmann School and the Old Farmers Road School to the Department of Education as an other capital project and to amend the Long Range Facility Plan to include the fire alarm system at the Walter J. Kossmann School.
14. Motion to award contract to D&L Paving Contractors, Inc. for district-wide paving project in the amount of $94,375 in accordance with EDS Macadem Paving Co-op Bid #26.
